Phase-1 Logistics Operations and Finance System

This is my strongest delivery case. The project was built for an overseas freight forwarding company that needed to move core operations away from scattered Excel files, chat records, emails, and manual finance follow-up.

  • Modeled the main business chain from shipping instruction to order tracking, cost request, finance approval, billing, reconciliation, and profit summary.
  • Designed role-based usage for customers, operators, finance staff, branch admins, and HQ admins, including data-scope separation.
  • Connected operation status, cost application, approval, receivable/payable/deposit bills, and finance views into one work-order-driven flow.
  • Prepared deployment templates, smoke checks, manual QA notes, product documentation, and handoff materials for real-world delivery.
  • Repository evidence includes README, PRD, SRS, trace matrix, QA reports, deployment template, backend service, and frontend app.
